KSD303系列
KSD303系列突跳式化霜溫控器是小型帶外殼及防水保護(hù)的雙金屬片溫控器;單刀單擲,工作于阻性負(fù)載下。溫控器密封于耐寒、阻燃的塑料管或密封膠中,可工作于水中;廣泛應(yīng)用于風(fēng)冷式無(wú)霜電冰箱中作為加熱補(bǔ)償開關(guān)或自動(dòng)除霜控制開關(guān)。
按照不同的結(jié)構(gòu),KSD303系列劃分為5個(gè)子系列,分別是:KSD303-A、KSD303-B、KSD303-C、KSD303-D。
4.1.1 額定電流(阻性) Rated Current: 3A, 6A, 10A (resistive)
4.1.2 絕緣電阻 Insulation Resistance
用DC500V絕緣電阻表加額定電壓DC500V測(cè)定大于100MW。
With a DC 500V megger, borne DC 500V, the tested value is over 100 MW.
4.1.3 電氣強(qiáng)度(水中) Dielectric Strength (in water)
在水中,溫控器的導(dǎo)線端子與塑料套之間能承受接近正弦波的1500V 50Hz交流電壓歷時(shí)一分鐘的耐壓試驗(yàn),不擊穿,無(wú)閃絡(luò)。
In water, parts between the terminals and airproof wrap can bear 1500V 50Hz AC current, which is nearly sine wave, for one minute as bearing test. Resulted no breakdown, no flashover.
4.1.4 耐寒溫度 Cold-resistant Temperature: -40°C

? 溫控器采用接觸感溫時(shí),應(yīng)使封蓋的一面貼緊被控器具的安裝部位;
In the event that the thermostat is employing contact temperature sensing, its cover shall be adhered to the installation position of a controlled appliance.
? 不可把封蓋頂部壓塌或使其變形,以免動(dòng)作溫度變值或影響其他性能;
The cover shall show no cave-in or deformation resulting in operating temperature variation or bad influence on other performances.
? 工作部件必須避免受到過(guò)大的力以防止出現(xiàn)殼體開裂、端子變形、導(dǎo)線脫落等現(xiàn)象;
No excessive force shall be applied to working parts, to prevent them from defects such as cracking base, distorted terminal and wire lead coming off.
? 在安裝使用過(guò)程中,不能把塑封套弄破。
The plastic envelope must be kept intact in the course of installation and usage.
